OMIFA was established in the first quarter of 2002, following an excess of requests and
proposals from the owner’s private clients;
At the beginning, the team comprised only one person: the shareholder. The only help he
had was through collaborations and successive subcontracting of small teams (up to three
people), using only a locally-produced car when work situations needed it.
Today, the OMIFA team consists of 32 employees and up to 70 collaborators (depending on
projects).
In addition, the firm has its own furniture manufacturing factory, producing locally at
international standards. Moreover, in the past two years OMIFA developed its own doubleglass partition system.
The company is divided into: a department dealing with administrative, logistics and
company management; another department, consisting of two people who deal with
commercial operations; a department comprising two engineers; a design department meaning one architect and
the fitting crew of 20 people (representing qualified technical
personnel).
This team currently uses eight commercial mass transportation vehicles (Ford and Fiat),
four intervention cars (Alfa-Romeo, Audi and Ssang Yong) and warehouse space of 1,600
sqm for technical equipment and components specific to the company’s activity;

In the first two years, the company’s activity was oriented towards various fitting out
jobs (finishing works, other complementary works regarding interiors).
Today, the range of services that OMIFA provides to its clients is practically limitless
when it comes to interior design solutions and innovations.
At the moment, these services include: design and architectural planning for any type
of interior, project management for civil construction projects, design and finishing
works as a “turnkey project", supply and assembly of office furniture and partition
walls, industrial and civil construction works, relocation
services, expert technical
consulting for construction (machinery and ventilation), installation and maintenance
works for curtain facades.
For OMIFA, people are the main resource in obtaining quality and efficiency for each
project; the number and diversification of specializations are directly proportional to
the volume, complexity and type of company commitments.
In time, some of them have benefited from training courses and professional
development in the country, but also abroad, especially due to the firm's international
relations with various European partners (Germany, Italy, Greece)
