The first modular plastic formwork www.geoplast.it GEOTUB® PANEL ADVANTAGES REUSABLE GEOTUB® PANEL is cost-competitive as it can be reused. As concrete does not stick to plastic, cleaning of the formworks is done using just some water: the use of detergents and releasing agents is not necessary. REUSABLE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Erecting and dismantling are easy and fast operations thanks to the special handles that lock with a simple 90 degree turn. MODULAR GEOTUB® PANEL is a modular element of 75 cm (30’’) height: it does not need to be cut to length as only the amount of panels required for the pour is used. STORAGE GEOTUB® PANEL can be completely disassembled and does not need to be stored in a dry environment. HANDLING ON SITE Thanks to their small size and weight, the panels can be easily handled in the construction site, and can be swiftly assembled where required. RESULTS The surface of columns poured with GEOTUB ® PANEL can be left in sight without any furthe
r rework. SETTING-UP The single elements are joined using high-strength nylon handles. The set-up operation is very quick as the fast-lock nylon handles firmly join the forms with a simple 90 degree turn. 2 GEOTUB® PANEL COMPARISON THE INTELLIGENT ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL SYSTEMS FEATURES TRADITIONAL SYSTEMS GEOTUB® PANEL Modular, with a standard length of 75 cm 10% Must be stored in a dry envirorment Uncertain Releasing agents are necessary 100% Does not require any special storage conditions 60 kN/m2 - 8.53 psi GEOTUB® PANEL is a plastic formwork, concrete does not stick to it The best protection of the pillars until the end of the job Time consuming and not always precise Necessary Fast and precise plumb, the external structure allows easy anchorage Not required Bulk Impermeability Storage Resistance Adherence of concrete Protection Plumbing Releasing agents 3 GEOTUB® PANEL DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS VERSATILE AND MODULAR GEOTUB® PANEL DIMENSION 20 (8’’) 20x20 23
